5. Program of discipline

Description of academic discipline, its goals, subject of study and learning outcomes

The purpose of studying the discipline "Design of machine-building production" is
ability to solve the following typical tasks independently:
- Ensuring high economic efficiency of industrial enterprises
- Ensuring the most efficient use of equipment, areas, premises
and staff;
- Optimization of material and production flows;
- High flexibility and versatility of industrial enterprises;
- Ensuring high attractiveness of industrial enterprises.

Problem statement - an investment object for the production of small tools.
• Research process - modeling experiments (system analysis).
• Experimental results - analysis and evaluation.
• Logistics. Modernization of logistics support for the production of devices and
control systems.
• Goal planning. Production logistics on the example of the procurement site
production.
• Preliminary design, analysis of production potential and production structure
areas of pre-machining tools
Parallel integrated design of tool shop sections.
Sketch design.
• Transport warehousing system. Delivery system. Warehousing system. Need
in squares and staff.
• Preliminary design - a variant of the design solution in the section of the design shop.

Assessment methods and rating system of learning results assessment

Forms of control of students' knowledge:
- current;
- modular;
- final (test, exam).
Assessment of students' knowledge at the university is carried out for 100-
score scale, which is translated accordingly into the national scale
("Excellent", "good", "satisfactory", "unsatisfactory") and scale
European credit transfer system (ECTS - A, B, C, D, E, FX, F).
