5. Program of discipline
Description of academic discipline, its goals, subject of study and learning outcomes
The purpose of discipline "Means of Computer Information Systems" is to familiarize students with the basics of building a modern computer systems and their operation.
Tasks - to acquaint students with the general structure laptops, servers, PCs detailed structure.

2. Determination of processor type and characteristics.To consolidate theoretical material, to learn to determine the type and characteristics of the processor.
3. CPU testing. Consolidation of students' knowledge of basic technical characteristics, method of maintenance and repair of the processor.
4. Processor identification. Learn how to identify the processor AMD and INTEL
5. Basic input-output. BIOS. The main elements of the software. Renewal. Beeps. Major faults. Settings.
6. Research and obtain information about the chipset using various programs. Investigate your PC chipset with various software.
