5. Program of discipline

Description of academic discipline, its goals, subject of study and learning outcomes

Purpose of the discipline: forming the modern managerial mode of thinking and a system of special knowledge in the sphere of management; developing of understanding of conceptual basis for system management in organization; obtaining the ability to analyze internal and external environment, making adequate managerial decisions.
